pk1997 reserves the right to immediately terminate or restrict your access to the Platform upon discovering or reasonably suspecting any breach of this Clause 6, without prior notice and without liability to you.

The pk1997 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary to pk1997.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the prior written consent of pk1997.
